Terms and Conditions for Use of Dog-Walking/Activity Park

1. General Rules

1.1. The park is open from 7am until 8pm. Access outside these hours is prohibited.

1.2. All park users must adhere to these terms and conditions to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.

1.3. Use of the park is at your own risk. The park owners/operators are not liable for injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses.

1.4.Sessions last for 50 minutes allowing 10 minutes to vacate the park and carpark.

1.5. If you arrive early, or the previous user has not yet left the site. You must remain in your vehicle, with your dog until the previous user has vacated.

1.6.Only dogs are permitted to use the equipment in the park.

2. Dog Behaviour

2.1. All dogs must always be under control. Aggressive behaviour is strictly prohibited.

2.2. Owners are responsible for ensuring their dogs do not cause harm to other dogs, people, or park property.

2.3. Dogs must be vaccinated and in good health to use the park. Dogs must be regularly treated for flea, tick and worms.

2.4 XL Bullies are prohibited from using the park.

3. Leash Rules

3.1. Dogs must be on a lead while entering and exiting the main activity park.

3.2. In designated off-leash areas, dogs may be unleashed, but owners must maintain control.

4. Owner Responsibilities

4.1. It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that your dog remains within the high-fenced park.

4.2. Owners must clean up after their dogs. Waste disposal bags and bins are provided.

4.3. Owners must supervise their dogs at all times and never leave them unattended.

4.4. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

4.5. All gates in the park and car park must be securely closed and padlocked when exiting.

4.6  Main entry gates must be closed once inside the customer parking area.

4.7 It is the owner's responsibility to ensure the water bowl is refreshed before use.  

5. Prohibited Activities

5.1. No alcohol, or glass containers are allowed in the park.

5.2. Professional dog training or events require prior approval.

5.3. Loud noise is not permitted.

6. Park Maintenance and Safety

6.1. If any hazards, damages, maintenance, or user issues are identified, users should report them immediately to enquiries@kingsdogleisure.com

6.2.We reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time.

6.3. No refunds will be given; however, you will be given the option to reschedule.

7. Penalties and Expulsion

7.1. Violation of these terms may result in expulsion from the park. Serious offenses may result in a permanent ban.

7.2. The park reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice.
